PAYMENT TERMS
We accept the following modes of payment:
1. Internet /ATM transfer (HK-Hangseng Bank),(S.pore-DBS/POSB)
2. PayPal
Full payment has to be made before order is processed.
*Payment must be made 3 days after confirmation of order; failure to process payment will result in the cancellation of order.
POSTAGE
*A surcharge of SGD2.50 is required for registered articles.(S.pore)
For registered parcels, the article number & tracking number of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the delivery status of your registered parcel at

*A surcharge of HKD 13 is required for registered articles. (H.K)
Fabuleux Lady shall NOT be held responsible for any item lost in the mail delivery. Thus, customers are strongly encouraged to select the registered mailing option.
SHIPPING (OVERSEAS)
Overseas shipping costs are not included in the prices listed above.
Additional costs are to be advised upon email confirmation.
In your order, please indicate your preferred courier service. By default we use SingPost(Airmail)/Hongkong Post(Airmail) for small parcel.
